Pyramid Pose is Timeless.
with Sheryl Wolover

Pyramid Pose (Parsvottanasana). Parsva == side or flank, Ut ==intense, and Tan==extend, stretch, lengthen. This posture helps correct rounded shoulders, opens the chest for better breathing, and stretches the tight muscles behind the legs. Stay in a deep focus while practicing this asana and journey into the power of the Ancient Pyramids, which have remained rooted through the challenges of time.
