I live on the edge of the Grampians National Park in Victoria, Australia. I spend much of my time out in nature and particularly on our property where we host campers in our small camping ground. I grew up in Tasmania, and have a house and land on Bruny Island, which is my 'souls home'. I grew up under the wing of a herbalist mother, who taught me much but I didn't necessarily pay attention to the learnings when offered, so find myself looking for information often.

I transitioned from teaching to hands on healing in around 2009 and have been working with Traditional forms of Healing since then, practicing Heartworks Lomi Lomi and Kahuna Massage, Arvigo Therapy and Gentling Way Multi-modality Healing.

I make my own soap and am using herbs and native plants to make the soap super special, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiments over the past couple of years.

I have a husband and two sons in their mid twenties, two small dogs and host a plethora of wildlife on our property. I also support three elders, my husbands parents who are living at home aged 89 and 93 and my own dad who is 81. I plan to live to a ripe old age!
